About the event
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can be used effectively for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours with children, adolescents and adults. This highly practical webinar will teach you how to use ACT for trichotillomania and skin picking with children, adolescents and adults together with Habit Reversal Therapy. Recommendations will be included for how to provide home tasks and suggestions for parents/caregivers.
