Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has often been taught as a set of six core processes, techniques, and interventions. But experienced ACT clinicians know that meaningful therapeutic work rarely unfolds in neat categories. Human suffering is layered, paradoxical, embodied, relational, and deeply contextual. The real challenge is not simply knowing the ACT model but learning how to move fluidly within it.

 

This immersive two-day workshop is designed for clinicians who already have foundational ACT knowledge and want to deepen their therapeutic flexibility, precision, and therapeutic artistry. Rather than revisiting ACT as a protocol, we will explore ACT as a living process of helping people come into deeper alignment with themselves, their lives, and what truly matters.
